Terrace

With summer in full swing, restaurants and bars all over town are glamming up their terraces with special takeovers and new looks. We've rounded up some of the best out there.

Londoners looking for cosy Alpine-inspired terraces in the city this winter have plenty of options available. We've picked London's best (heated) alfresco options to ward off the cold nights.

We didn't want to gatekeep this bar terrace just off Park Lane, so here's what we thought of Bar Antoine's Twilight Terrace.

Are you really living your best London life if you aren't sitting in the sunshine with a cold bottle of rosé on ice? Here's our guide to this summer's special rosé terraces around town.

The terrace outside Dinner by Heston has been transformed into a restaurant and bar celebrating the English countryside. We popped along for some English fizz and seasonal dishes at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

The Rosewood London in Holborn has gone for a hit of Mexican heat for its terrace offering this summer.

Open daily from lunchtime the bar will serve up a

There's no surer sign that summer's on its way than when terraces, all across town, begin to be unveiled in their new plumage.

Top of your to-try list has to be the new Perrier-Jouet terrace at Harrods which launched to a celeb crowd last week. The fourth floor terrace (we honestly didn't even know it was there) is apparently a sunny spot facing due south west - perfect to sit and sip Champagne in. And when the weather properly bucks up there's an

You've got to hand it to Caprice Holdings. They've really upped their PR game this week. Not only have they unveiled the single most Instagrammed building in London by covering the front of Annabel's in flowers for Chelsea Flower Week but they topped that by getting Victoria Beckham in to collaborate on their summer terrace at

Summer has arrived and while we’re cautiously optimistic that it’s here to stay, London’s restaurants and bars are shaping up to launch a series of summer bars
