The full Sushisamba menu is available down here too, and it's a perfect spot for people watching.

Bird in Hand Wine Summer Terrace at Dante Mayfair

Mayfair - Claridge's, Brook Street, London W1K 4HR

The terrace at Dante Mayfair, newly opened at Claridge's, is a narrow oasis in Mayfair, tucked away at the side of the building. For their first summer season, they've teamed up with Australian winery Bird in Hand to showcase their wines, including bottles from the recently released Tasmanian range. There's a special menu out here too, with dishes like Carlingford oysters, Mare Misto and Dante's signature burger.

Sale e Pepe Terrazza at The Langham

Marylebone - Cavendish Place, London W1B 1JA

New to the Langham this year, Sale e Pepe has taken over The Langham's historic courtyard, which is a pretty big affair hidden away in Marylebone, and turned it into a hidden Italian garden restaurant. The menu out here features pizzas, cicchetti, seasonal salads and soft-serve ice cream, while on the drinks front there are signature spritzes, frozen cocktails and Italian wines.

Runs throughout summer.

For this, they've teamed up with St-Germain, and there will be lots of St-Germain spritzes on offer as a result, including the cocktail of the Summer, the Hugo Spritz. They have special bar snacks out here too, including fougasse, garlic prawns, calamari and more.

A booking up here will get you a complimentary Rosé Spritz, and then you can make your way through a list of rosés ranging from Provence to Rioja. Small plates include tempura courgette flowers with Westcombe ricotta and honey and it's a really great place to relax in a normally bustling Soho.

The Perch at RH London

The Perch at RH London

Mayfair - 7 Burlington Gardens, London W1S 3QG

This one isn't just for summer, but it's 100% going to be one of the most popular tickets in Mayfair this summer. On the second floor of the new RH London, you'll find a roof terrace that's one of the most beautiful new outdoor spaces in London this year. You can order the same menu as the main restaurant downstairs but in a gorgeous setting that comes with one great touch for when the nights get cooler - every seat comes with its own heater under the cushion.

More new terraces...

As a bonus, here are a few more restaurants across town that have launched terraces for the first time this summer.

Lilibet's (Mayfair) - The glamorous seafood restaurant in Mayfair has now also launched a very striking-looking terrace outside.

The Mary Wollstonecraft (Stoke Newington) - Ok, so this terrace hasn't changed much since this building was Ryan's Bar, but it's still one of the best beer gardens in Stoke Newington.

Rosina (Wandsworth) - Adam Byatt's new Italian in Wandsworth has a pretty extensive wraparound terrace.

Wolves of Tokyo, Arriba and Lillie's (Olympia) - All of these new openings at Olympia have some outside space.

Poon's (Somerset House) - Amy Poon's restaurant at Somerset House has launched a new Poon's À La Plage terrace for the summer.
