If, like us, you're still following Salt Bae on Insta from the time he opened his London restaurant you'll probably have noticed that the Bae was back in town this past week. And, while he was here, of course, to sprinkle condiments ostentatiously on his customers' dishes, he was also on hand to launch the restaurant's new roof terrace.
Perched above the restaurant (so really more first floor terrace rather than rooftop) and looking out over Knightsbridge, the new terrace has room for 70 diners. Summery dishes include prawn tempura roll and the restaurant's meat sushi with striploin, Parmesan, avocado cream and crispy potato.
We just hope that they're not thinking of adding his somewhat divisive Woww Burger to the London menu...
