Fourteen years after opening their doors in Islington, popular Punjabi restaurant Delhi Grill announced this weekend that it was closing its doors for good.
Posting on Instagram they said: "With a heavy heart we would like to announce the closing of our little dhaba. It has been an incredible journey and we couldn't have done it without the support from our loyal customers and our team. But it is now time to move on from Chapel Market."
The one bit of good news for their many fans is that you've got a short while to make one last visit before the shutters come down. "Our last day of trading will be Sunday 10th March 2024. Until then we are open as usual. Come in and say your last goodbyes."
