brianturner

One of the most prestigious cookery competitions in the world, the Bocuse d'Or takes place every two years. The UK is sending two teams over to compete in the 2013 competition. We bumped into Ready Steady Cook chef Brian Turner, President of the UK Bocuse Team and UK Jury at the launch of the Bocuse d'Or and Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie and asked him to tell us his favourite London restaurants right now.

The Ritz Hotel
50 Piccadilly, London, United Kingdom W1J 9BR

"This is fine dining at its best in some of the most luxurious surroundings in London. I think the cooking is vastly under rated. This is the place to eat with someone special."
