The City may be slow at getting back to work, but The Ned has been busy getting back up to speed - even re-launching its unlimited Sunday buffet. And now, taking over the space that used to hold Zobler's and Cafe Sou is a brand new Electric Bar & Diner.
Electric Diner has already proven popular for Soho House in Portobello and the City branch will follow the same approach of classic American-diner-style food with a Soho House twist - with a few holdovers from Zobler's too. Alongside burgers, salads and more, the menu includes:
- Reuben with corned beef, kraut and half-melted swiss cheese on toasted rye
- Lobster roll with spicy mayo and pickled cucumber
- Turkey club with maple bacon, lettuce, tomato on toast
- Grilled seabass with shaved fennel, pumpkin seeds and green olives
- Roasted salmon with black rice and spring onions
- Oreo cheesecake with mint choc chip ice cream
- Vanilla waffles with salted caramel ice cream, hot chocolate sauce
