• There's a three month Guinness pop-up bar coming to The Ned

  

  We're impressed by the perfect timing behind the new Guinness pop-up experience that's coming to The Ned. On for three months, they've chosen the perfect time of year to launch it, just in time for St Patrick's Day.

  The Guinness Bar will take over the Long Bar on the lower ground floor of The Ned. They're describing it as an immersive experience so there'll be all kinds of Guinness paraphernalia and old Toucan posters.

  A year after his longish residency in Islington won him legions of London fans, top ramen chef Ivan Orkin is back in town with another residency. This time he's heading into the City with a two-month stay at The Ned. • The Ned heads to New York, taking over the NoMad hotel

  

  Four years after it burst on to the London scene, transforming the perception of the City as a night time destination in one bound, The Ned is heading to New York.

  As part of general expansion plans, they've taken over the NoMad hotel in to turn it into their winning combo of hotel, restaurants and members' club. The announcement was presaged by a notice put out five days ago by the NoMad announcing "with great sadness"

• The Ned reveals The Parlour, a new basement jazz and cabaret bar

  

  Just when you thought they couldn't fit any more into The Ned, Soho House has managed to sneak in a new jazz and cabaret bar, The Parlour.
