Super trendy Paris spot Daroco is heading to London's Soho

Daroco Soho sees the French Italian move to London

3/10/23 - Updated with opening details

We've already had the successful launch of Milk Beach and Kapara at the new area of Soho that is Ilona Rose House (just behind Greek Street). Both of those restaurants saw them landing in Soho after proving themselves further out in London - but the next addition is coming from a little further away.

Daroco have Italian restaurants in Paris' 2nd and 16th arrondissements and now they're getting ready to open in London too. Yes, that concept might sound a little similar to people familiar with Big Mamma's journey from Paris to London, but this promises to be a little less OTT.

The Italian restaurant is promising fresh handmade pastas and pizza including Pappardelle with red wine venison ragu, black truffle linguine and their caponakchouka (a cross between a caponata and shakshuka).

That's all amongst a Renaissance-inspired design and they'll also have a downstairs cocktail bar, DROP (much like the original Daroco which has its own separate bar.

Their restaurants look pretty amazing and we're told to expect lots of marble, brass and greenery at this outpost.
