We've had darts, crazy golf and, of course, bowling and now we have axe-throwing, thanks to the upcoming opening of a new Whistle Punks.
This new one in Oxford Circus is actually the second London venue for their axe-throwing, as they originally opened in Vauxhall (and various cities across the UK). This space will be much larger than before (taking the space where Busaba used to be) with nine lanes for axe-throwing mayhem (with 10 max in each lane, but smaller groups too). Each session is 70 minutes and you'll be chucking axes at targets and apparently learning a few trick shots too.
They'll be adding a bar area and serving up sourdough pizza (toppings include prosciutto ham, ventricina salami and artichokes and vegan alternatives) to help you power through all that axe-hurling.
