The folks behind Afroposure, who work to champion diversity in food and drink, last week launched their first London vending machine that we think you should know about.
The machine, to be found on the fifth floor of Peckham Levels, is stocked solely with drinks, food and hot sauces created by entrepreneurs from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds.
In the machine you'll find everything from Jungle Fruits; Gently Dried Pineapple chunks to Shores of Africa Coconut Thins Black Pepper and Cardamom along with Lexi's Crispy Marshmallow Bars. There's Jitterbugs Lemonade Swing Apple Cider Vinegar Seltzer, OTC's Sparkling Sorrel and Tuk Tuk Chai, together with Vicky's Kitchen and Baj's Blazin Hot Sauce.
It all sounds well worth checking out, particularly when you know that Afroposure have pledged 5% of all their profits to help a BAME entrepreneur launch their food and drink products.
