Up until now, Shan Shui has had just one location in Bicester Village and it must be doing quite nicely there as they're making the jump to London, opening near Victoria station, according to Big Hospitality.
Run by Ellen Chew, who is also behind Rasa Sayang, Arome and Lobos Tapas, the restaurant features cuisine from China and South East Asia. The menu in Bicester, alongside gyoza, dim sum and chicken satay, includes dishes like:
- Tender Chicken fried vermicelli - with hickory-smoked chicken
- Chef Li's spring onion noodles - wheat noodles with charred spring onions, sesame oil, white pepper
- Wok-fried trio of seafood - squid, mussels and prawns, flash-fried in ginger and soybean paste
It's part of a new development on Buckingham Palace Road, with Neat Burger and a new Gail's also opening.
We'll have more details closer to the opening.
