Since London bars have been closed for what feels like forever, some have changed up their offering during the lockdown.
One such award-winning bar doing just that is Dalston's Three Sheets. Unable to open to serve up their normal cracking cocktails, they've been operating as a coffee and sandwich bar. And it's the latter part of that offering which has us interested.
They've started teaming up with guest chefs and restaurants, and have already worked with Mangal 2 and Ikoyi. Upcoming collabs sound just as interesting.
This week, the guest lunchtime sarnie is courtesy of their neighbour Angelina - there's a fried chicken focaccia sandwich with yuzu mayo and an aubergine katsu sandwich with curry sauce.
Future guest sarnie slingers promised include Top Cuveé, El Pastor, Perilla and Rochelle Canteen, so you should keep an eye on their Insta feed for news.
