Poon's are popping up with a Chinese New Year wontoneria at Joy at Portobello

The return of legendary Chinese restaurant Poon's to London with a popup in 2018 was a huge success. Now they're back with a two day pop-up at Stevie Parle's Joy at Portobello Docks.

Amy Poon, daughter of Bill Poon, is planning to open her own permanent restaurant in London, but while those plans are currently in hiatus she's decided to hold a two-day wontoneria for Chinese New Year.

The idea is simplicity itself - a one-dish wonder. She'll be cooking up Poon’s popular pork wontons in a chilli vinegar dressing. The wontons will be available in batches of 8 for £7.50 for delivery or collection. But you'll have to be quick - you need to get your order in by midnight on Tuesday 9 February.

More about Poon's Pop-up Wontoneria

Where is it? Portobello Dock, 344 Ladbroke Grove, London W10 5BU

When? 12-13 February 2021. Order by 9 February.
