As we're in an age where it's sometimes hard to remember even what day it is, special events and public holidays can really creep up on you. One of those is Pancake Day, which is just around the corner (16 February). However, it hasn't escaped the notice of The Breakfast Club, who are getting ready to launch their first-ever delivery kit.
The Little Yellow Beacons of Pancake-filled Hope (they don't do subtlety) have everything you need to make a full stack of pancakes for four. There's the "locally world-famous" pancake batter, a bottle of maple syrup and a selection of toppings – including cherry compote and salted caramel chocolate ganache. The kit also comes with instructions on how to make them just like the restaurants.
The whole thing costs £40, and they'll be available all February, because pancakes aren't just for Pancake Day.
