    After nearly 13 years (it opened in October 2011), the original Boxpark in Shoreditch is to close. The site just outside Shoreditch High Street station was a pioneering "container village" in London, creating a mini food and shopping district by parking a series of shipping containers together.     It's all change at the Hart Shoreditch hotel where Latin American residency Mostrador is giving way to UBA a Pan-Asian restaurant. Heading up the kitchens is chef Paul Greening who was previously Executive Chef at Aqua Kyoto on Regent Street.

    We're told the menu is being inspired by Paul's travels across Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Dishes will include:
