We popped down for an early lunch last Friday when there was still plenty of activity. Clearly not everyone in this part of the world is sunning themselves on their super-yacht in the med. Highlights of a very summery lunch included yellowfin tuna with soy cured egg yolk, chickenweed, edible flowers and shaved summer truffles (£20.50) and a swoon-worthy dessert of raspberry and elderflower mille-feuille (£8.75).
