After launching their first baking school in Borough Market, Bread Ahead will continue its running streak by opening a second school in Chelsea.
The Pavilion Road baking school will run classes throughout the year, like Introduction to French Baking. Meanwhile, at their first school in Borough, there’ll be a helping of new classes on doughnuts, Nordic baking and gluten-free among others. Naturally, you’ll also be able to get your hands on Bread Ahead’s range of baked goods, with plenty of sourdough and doughnuts, savoury treats and hot drinks.
And on opening day, 6 January, they'll be serving French delicacy Galette des Rois for one day only to celebrate the launch.
