Soho Joe is best known for its pizzas on Dean Street, but now they're expanding to nearby Berwick Street with a new rotisserie chicken restaurant.
Called Cookhouse Joe, the restaurant is currently installing a rotisserie big enough to take on 90 chickens at a time to serve two floors of hungry customers (30 seats downstairs and 30 upstairs). The chickens themselves are promised to have a Lebanese twist to them and there's more planned too, with lamb and falafel burgers also on the menu. There will be plenty of sides and salads - and during the day takeaway too with sandwiches and wraps available. And if you turn up first thing, they'll be offering a full English breakfast.
As you enter there will be a small bar area with a short wine list, bottled beers and cider and some cocktails on offer.
