Key news from today’s press release includes the details of two set meals for budget-conscious diners – a three course set lunch for £25 and a three course a-la-carte dinner from £55. There’s also the mention of three potential dishes from the menu - Bergamot cured mackerel salad, slow cooked short rib of beef and scallops with cucumber ketchup and peas
We rather like the sound of the restaurant’s main design feature a pulley system modelled on a 16th century design for the Royal British Court’s kitchens resembling the craftsmanship of an oversized watch, mechanically rotating a spit over an open fire.
