Any East Londoners wanting to get in the mood for carnival this weekend, should head on over to Bethnal Green first. Why? Because Peg + Patriot at Town Hall Hotel are putting on a limited edition cocktail this bank holiday weekend in its honour.
Created by Matt Whiley, ‘Ladbroke Lighting’ is inspired by the Notting Hill carnival and is a tropical mix of white rum, lime sugar, lime and angostura bitters.
The Ladbroke Lighting cocktail is available from tomorrow until the 31st August at Peg + Patriot, 8 Patriot Square, London E2 9NF
