It's well known for some of the best views in London, for one of the best (and most famous) managers in Fred Sirieix and for an excellent value set lunch menu. Now, following the launch of Galvin Demoiselle, the Galvin brothers are relaunching the bar at the top of the Park Lane Hilton after a £500,000 refit.
The revamped bar will have a new cocktail list, plenty of champagnes by the glass and will also feature a new bar menu from Head Chef Andre Garrett. These will start at £8 for dishes like potted shrimp with a crab salad, avocado and confit lemon and a Galvin Burger with vanilla onions.
Galvin at Windows bar, on the top of the Park LAne Hilton, will reopen on May 21 and will be open from 10am to 3am.
