He's one of our favourite London chefs so naturally Hot Dinners was intrigued to hear of a way we could have Bruno Loubet's food for dinner at home whenever we liked, which didn't involve bundling him into a car and holding him hostage. Happily for him, Loubet's teamed up with the mustard people at Maille to come up with a range of French dishes for the home delivery service Housebites.
Bruno's dishes include Duck Confit in Honey and Wholegrain Mustard Crust, Sherry Vinegar Sauce and Beetroot Marmalade, Vegetable Gratin with Garlic Confit and Béarnaise, Slow Roast Pork Belly with Aromatic Mustard Salsa and French Toast with Cider Vinegar and Toffee Apple. They'll be cooked by a range of current Housebite chefs all over the UK.
“French cooking represents everything that is exciting, creative and comforting about today’s foodie world," said Bruno, "and we’re giving people the chance to enjoy some of the best French dishes at home.”
The new range launches on Friday 18 May and runs until the end of the year. Look for a special box on the Housebites homepage which will list the Housebite chefs taking part in Maille’s Gourmet French Takeaway.
