The Proofing Room’s Chris Tanner has put together this very London cocktail featuring Bermondsey bees honey, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Aberfeldy 12 and carbonated Birch Water.

Red Hook from Happiness Forgets
Where: Shoreditch
All drinks delivered by Happiness Forgets come with ice and garnishes, and you'll be needing a maraschino cherry to top off this combo of Chivas Regal Whisky, Sweet Vermouth and Maraschino. It's the brainchild of Vincenzo Errico, who came up with it at NYC's Milk and Honey back in the day.

Maple Old Fashioned from Heads + Tails
Where: West Hampstead
Mellow out this weekend with Heads + Tails' maple-sweetened take on an Old Fashioned. It's a lovely conconction matching the caramelised flavours of burnt wood with a delicate and aromatic vanilla finish.

Tsukiji from Issho-Ni
Where: Bethnal Green
Bethnal Green izakaya Issho-Ni describe this as their "twist on the penicillin". It's "sour and smokey and you get the heat from the ginger."

Bobby Burns Manhattan from Mac & Wild
