Over in Islington, there's a new place to check out, as Island Poké celebrate opening their 14th restaurant on Upper Street.
This brand new Island offers N1 residents the chance to enjoy Island Poké's fresh Pacific flavours, whether they're meat-eaters, seafood lovers or are all about plant power.
On the menu at this newest branch, you'll find poké bowls including their Classic Ahi tuna bowl served on a bed of sushi rice with pineapple chilli salsa and wakame seaweed. Fancy salmon? Try their Yuzu Lomi Lomi featuring sustainably farmed Scottish Salmon with mango salsa and edamame.
Did you know that Island Poké came up with Europe’s first vegan poké? Here you can try their teriyaki tofu bowl. Or if you'd prefer to come up with your own combo then their Build Your Own option has 52,000 possible combinations.
The new Islington spot offers eat in, take away and delivery across Deliveroo, UberEats & JustEat. If you're eating in, check out the seating made from Oceanic - a fabric designed to combat marine plastic pollution.
