When the temperature rises in London, one sure way to beat the heat is grabbing a table in one of these bars and ordering up a load of boozy, frozen drinks.
Frozen watermelon and yuzu margarita - Ever After
Where: 9 Hoxton Square, London, N1 6NU
The only problem you'll have with this bubblegum pink concoction is being careful not to drink it too fast - nobody wants brain freeze. Made with Calle 23 Tequila, it's a summery delight.

Frozen avocado margaritas at El Pastor
Where: Borough Market and Coal Drops Yard
If there’s anything that encapsulates weekend brunch more than this drink, then we’d like to see it. There’s also a spiced mango and a hibiscus and honeydew version, but this pale green margarita is really the one you want.

Prosecco slushy at Pastaio
Where: Soho, Westfield
Obviously the pasta’s great at Stevie Parle’s Pastaio restaurants but, honestly, we’d go there just for the drink. Most specifically for the Prosecco slushies. They regularly change the recipe to make them seasonally appropriate - right now there’s a Blood Orange and Campari as well as a Lemon and Grappa version on offer.

Frozen Gin Paloma at Seabird
Where: 14th Floor, 40 Blackfriars Rd, South Bank, London SE1 8NY
There’s a distinct south American vibe at this rooftop bar, what with all that tropical foliage, so where better to enjoy a classic Paloma given a frozen twist for the summer with bitter orange and grapefruit.
