Seven years after opening the wildly successful (and Michelin-starred) Sabor on Heddon Street, Nieves Barragán is getting ready to open her next restaurant. According to Restaurant website, she'll be opening Legado (which means "legacy") in Shoreditch.
Once again, it's a team-up with JKS restaurants (also behind Gymkhana) and this restaurant is focused around "Spain's diverse regional food". So you can expect dishes from right across Spain, as opposed to the more specific Andalucian and Galician focus of Sabor.
It's opening in Montacute Yards in Shoreditch, which happens to be where the new Singburi is opening - so they're really bringing in the big guns for that new development.
As you can see, it's very early days on this one. As soon as we know more about the menu, we'll bring you the details.
