Next time you need a sugar rush to get you through a Primark spree you won't need to leave the shop as they're launching in-store Lena Lu Donut bars.
Lena Lu started in Australia and currently has a shop in Riyadh, but soon there are going to be quite a few in the UK. They're starting in the Lakeside and Watford Primarks in October, but it looks like more will quickly follow. Following a little bit of investigation, it looks like they'll be opening one in their main Marble Arch shop in November, just in time to help you withstand Black Friday.
As for the donuts, (we're using that spelling today), the idea is to choose either a mini or normal-sized donut and then customise to your heart's content. Fillings include pistachio, jam, biscoff cream and salted caramel and you can dip them in chocolate too. As for the toppings, expect them to include chocolate, pistachio, pretzels and more. And for those of you with choice paralysis, they will have ready-made donuts too.
On top of the main event, expect coffee, shakes and bagels too. And we'd say to expect more of these popping up in Primarks across the land soon.
