Roti King has been on the expansion drive of late, having recently opened at Waterloo and Battersea alongside the original Euston restaurant. Now the specialists in Malaysian street food are getting ready to open in the City.
The new spot is opening on Artillery Lane, just off Bishopsgate. While we don't know too much about the restaurant yet, we do know it'll be a two-floored affair and you should expect a similar menu to the other restaurants.
That means their roti canai, served with beef rendang, dahl, and either fish, mutton or chicken kari. They'll also have stuffed roti (spinach & cheese, chicken or lamb) alongside rice and noodle dishes like Mee Goreng - stir-fried egg noodles with egg, chicken, prawns, peanuts and tofu.
So if you've been a fan of Roti King or have never made it out to their other restaurants, this is one to watch. We'll bring you more details as we get them.
