Having already scored a hit with their restaurant in West London's Westfield, the team at Master Bao are crossing the city to open another restaurant, this time at Westfield Stratford City. They'll be bringing their Taiwanese street food specials, baos and signature dishes to the East London mall.
So far, so good. But there are a number of new treats to look forward to at Stratford (which will be the group's fourth opening in London). First up, this restaurant will feature a noodle room where they'll be making fresh udon noodles - the trick is using a Japanese-made machine and high gluten flour which makes those noodles extra chewy. That room will feature a window, allowing people to see the process from the food hall.
It'll also be the first Master Bao to feature a bubble tea menu and there'll be some new dishes exclusive to this branch like a beef noodle soup and a hot chicken bao. Sounds like a handy shopping pit stop.
