If you didn't manage to get a booking at Le Gavroche before it has its final service this month, it looks like there's one more option open to you.
Chef Patron Michel Roux has just announced a series of residencies with Cunard. He'll be bringing Le Gavroche at Sea on board four of the cruise liners' voyages this summer between June and September. The menu will focus on seafood (as it's being done in partnership with the Norwegian Seafood Council) and will be served to 60 guests every evening.
"We are incredibly honoured to exclusively host Le Gavroche at sea," said Cunard's President Katie McAlister.
In addition to being able to try a five-course tasting menu with the restaurant's greatest hits, Roux will also be a guest speaker on each of the sailings talking about his career in hospitality. So if you've ever wanted to quiz the chef this should be your holiday booking this year.
