If you've flown out of Gatwick this summer you may have noticed a few new spots to eat and drink in the airport. We thought it might be handy for us to round up all the new openings for you.
The most recent debut is that of The Breakfast Club which opened in Gatwick's North Terminal last week. It's the group's first restaurant in any kind of travel hub and if you fancy getting their signature The Full Monty breakfast before you head off to the Med, this will be the place to seek out.
Just days before that, Greggs opened their first London airport shop in the South Terminal - a mahoosive branch which not only is twice the size of a usual Greggs but is also open 24 hours round the clock for your steak bake and vegan sausage roll requirements.
Also in the South Terminal you'll now find a new Vagabond Bar & Kitchen with all their wines available by self-pour machines. Alongside that is the South Downs Bar, also run by Vagabond Wines and with a cocktail menu from one of our favourite bars in London, Three Sheets. It serves up English wine flights and small plates.
It's enough to get you booking a mini break just to check them all out.
