London's summer terrace game is firmly underway and one that's an easy recommendation is the one at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. This will be the second year they've teamed up with Champagne Laurent-Perrier for their summer offering (you can read our Test Drive of last year's experience here).
The terrace is in a lovely shaded spot at the front of the hotel, overlooking Portman Square and for the next few months it'll be offering a special pairing menu of Nobu dishes conceived to go with the champagne.
On this year's menu are dishes that include:
- Grilled Salmon Shiso Tabbouleh
- Lobster Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing
- Wagyu sliders with Dashi Fries
- Dragon Fruit Ceviche and Passionfruit and Mango Kakigori.
To go alongside that there's a choice of either Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée or Cuvée Rosé. So, if you're in the mood for a spot of sushi and fizz, you know where to go.
