Harrods has been many, many years without terrace dining - and now two terraces have arrived almost together. We've recently had the launch of Studio Frantzen on the rooftop and now they've opened The Dim Sum Terrace on the fourth floor. It comes from Eddie Lim, who's behind Mango Tree (which is also at Harrods) and it runs along the side of the building, so if you need to grab a bite and some air at Harrods, this should be well worth a look.
The chefs at Harrods will make the dumplings fresh each morning. Featured on the menu (which also has their own take on traditional Chinese dishes) are:
- Fermented chilli and Dover sole dumplings,
- Lobster and coriander dumplings
- Pork sui long bao topped with vinegar pearls,
- Prawn-filled dumplings in a spicy XO sauce
- Deep fried taro dumpling with Wagyu and plum sauce, topped with caviar.
It's another new opening in what's been an extremely busy time for Harrods on the food front, with even more to come.
