A new fast food import is coming to London, and this one hails from Dubai.
Operation Falafel is not just about falafel, though - as it's billed as serving up "Middle Eastern street food using only the freshest ingredients". In practice, that means they'll be taking modern approaches to stuffed fresh-baked pitas with kofta meatballs as well as veggie, chicken or beef shawarma. They'll also have vegan moussaka and, of course, falafel - more specifically their stuffed falafel with sumac and tahini.
And for desserts, you'll find rice pudding and baklava. So if you're in Camden, it sounds like it's worth swinging by to take a look.
