They have pita restaurants around the world and now Miznon finally has its sights set on London.
The international pita merchant, set up by Israeli celebrity chef Eyal Shani, is opening in Soho. So far there are only eight Miznons worldwide (first in Tel Aviv and now including Paris and New York), but he has plans for another 150 so don't be surprised to see more in the UK after this opening.
As for what they do, it's all about filled pitas (the soft pitas themselves usually get rapturous reception wherever they open). They say they use fresh and seasonally-inspired ingredients to make pitas that "take the flavour of each city and translate it into pita". So there are a few pitas and dishes unique to each location and Soho will feature:
There's a notably big focus on vegetarian pitas as much as meat and fish too. And then there's one of their signature dishes - the whole roasted cauliflower.
Expect it to be a big hit when it lands.
