It's all go at Finsbury Park. As part of the new development around the station, there are all manner of restaurants, cafes and bars opening and the latest to throw their hat into the ring is Tonkotsu.
The good news for fans of the ramen group is that their signature Tonkotsu ramen will be on offer here - making it perfect for hungry commuters or Arsenal fans craving that gorgeous pork and lardo broth. They'll also be serving up their Chilli Chicken and vegan Mushroom Miso ramens.
Look out for gyoza too alongside kara-age chicken and cauliflower chilli wings. And, if you're stopping to eat in, their drinks menu includes a sake made specially for them by the Tsuji Brewery in Okayama, and a new Minkan Shimoda Pale Ale.
As part of the opening festivities, Tonkotsu are teaming up with new neighbours - Slice by Pizza Pilgrims on a food and drink collaboration. Slice will be selling a limited-edition slice topped with Tonkotsu’s eat the bits chilli oil and dried crispy noodles along with an Electric G&T made with gin, yuzu, sansho pepper and tonic.
It's all looking rather exciting in this neck of the woods. Tonkotsu will be joining newcomers Coqfighter who have just opened up on Fonthill Road, Honest and Neat Burgers and a new late-night bar coming in the New Year.
