As news trickles out on what's opening at the Hawley Wharf food court in Camden, it's gradually becoming one of the more interesting new London openings of the autumn.
The latest to announce their arrival are Three Uncles. They've already built up a large fan base for their Cantonese roast meats stall in Liverpool Street, and already queues have been forming in NW1 for their offering there.
As with the original stall, it will focus on Hong Kong-style Siu Mei with options of roast duck, char siu and sui yuk being served alongside pak choi and steamed jasmine rice. But the Camden spot will also have a few new specials to entice visitors - including Auntie Jun’s Char Siu Sou and curry fishballs.
