Supa Ya are finally launching their permanent ramen bar in Dalston

Supa Ya are finally launching their permanent ramen bar

For the past few years they've been running supperclubs and residencies, but now Supa Ya Ramen are finally getting ready to open their first permanent restaurant. They had originally been looking to launch one back in March 2020 but, well, we all know what happened then. Now, however, the time has finally come for them to launch properly on Kingsland Road.

As with their pop-ups, you can expect what they call "traditionally inauthentic" ramen and on the menu will be:

  • Chicken soup, house soy, iberico pork fat, chill paste, hot mustard.Salt beef, Supa Ya pickles, fudgy egg.
  • Root veg, olive oil and sea salt soup, house soy, chilli paste, celeriac chashu, fudgy egg, green onions, fried garlic.
  • Chicken soup, sesame miso, roast chicken, buttered chilli corn, fudgy egg, green onions, fried garlic.
  • Confit tomato broth, sesame miso, house chilli paste, fried cabbage, parmesan, crispy garlic, fudgy egg.

There are also new snacks and sides, including Roast chicken skin, fermented chilli, onion mayo and cold fennel and hot pepper sausage, pickled mayo. We're also liking the sound of their dessert - noodle ice cream with miso caramel.

It's a small site, seating only 20 and will be BYOB too - but expect a drinks list soon.
