Starting this weekend, Tomos Parry and his team at Brat are heading back to Climpson's Arch to launch a takeaway service. For the next few Saturdays and Sundays, they'll be serving up dishes like their new brunch options and signature turbot for folk to pre-order and take away with them.
We had the good fortune to give Brat's new brunch a Test Drive the week before lockdown. So believe us when we say that you want his grilled bread with lardo, greens and egg and mutton sausage with blood pudding and beans in your life.
And what better way to kick off a lockdown weekend than arriving home with a whole burnt cheesecake with plum and crème caramel and some cracking wines from the restaurant's cellar?
