We love a good acronym and BAPS, which stands for Beer And Phenomenal Sandwiches is right up there with the best. They're taking over the Tottenham Living Room at The Trampery for one night only with a menu of, yes, phenomenal sandwiches.
They are:
- PORK: slow-smoked pork shoulder, charred pineapple salsa, sriracha crema and shredded cabbage on brioche
- CAULI is a vegan-friendly feast of shawarma-spiced crispy cauliflower, herb-laden houmous and pickled red onion
- HAM (quince-glazed smoked ham, homemade piccallili, little gem and quince mayo)
- CHEESE (Stilton, kimchi and cheddar toastie on challah).
All these are paired with beers which include Bibble from Wild Beer Co, pale ale from ELB and a Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream Ale from Brew Toon.
There will be plenty of outside space - and they're encouraging people to book a table in advance - you'll have to do that to order the "pork".
