Bleecker, still one of our favourite burgers in town, have been pretty busy over the past few weeks. After opening their stores, they then kicked off a home delivery service of cheeseburger kits which, we can attest, to work very well indeed.
And now they've just teamed up with someone else who's been very bust with his own business - Neil Rankin and Symplicity Burger. We've already said how impressed we were with his vegan burgers and now they've made their way to Bleecker restaurants too.
The burger is a ten-day fermented deep-fried vegetable patty, with American cheese, onion, lettuce & house sauce and is now on the menu at Bleecker in Spitalfields, Battersea, Victoria, and South Bank. If you're vegetarian or just cutting down on your meat we think you should absolutely have this on your radar.
