Ollie Dabbous is back at Chelsea Barracks (a fancy new housing development), where he popped up last spring, with another pop-up. This time it's a cafe called Hideaway.
This time the pop-up is "inspired by the outdoor world" so expect a rustic look to the cafe and plenty of foliage. The food offering this time around will be Dabbous twist on cafe fare, so you can expect:
- Ibaiama sauscisson (£8)
- H. Forman & Son smoked salmon with basil crème fraiche (£9)
- Croque Monsieur with optional black truffle (£12/£18)
- Buckwheat pain au chocolat (£4)
- Cherry blossom kougelhopf (£9)
- Camomile pastel de nata (£3).
It'll be open all day (until late) and Hedonsim Wines (who also partner on Dabbous' HIDE) are once again in charge of wines. It's a long-term pop-up, so we're not sure of an end date, but we've been hearing that Dabbous still has a permanent restaurant planned for the same space later on.
