Haven't yet made it out to Tom Brown's Cornerstone? While you really should be putting it on your list (it's really good) there's a new chance to try something from the chef in Victoria.
He's teamed up with Jason Atherton for the latest guest chef pizza at Hai Cenato - based on his insanely good potted shrimp crumpet. It's a sourdough pizza with feature brown shrimps coated in lemon, cayenne pepper and nutmeg finished with thinly sliced gherkins, kohlrabi, ricotta and fresh parsley.
It'll be available all through November at £15.50 with £1.00 of every pizza sold going to the charity. So get down there fast.
