Well, what a treat for West Londoners. We hear that Andina Bakery over on Westbourne Grove is gearing up to open in the evenings with a rather special offering.
The Peruvian bakery has teamed up with Keeling Andrew & Co, the new wine import company set up by the founders of Noble Rot. They'll be creating a series of tapas to go along with a weekly changing wine list, with dishes like:
- Pork steamed bun, rocoto chilli sauce, spring onions
- Savoury corn cake, avocado and salsa criolla
- Tomato and rocoto dip with crostini
- Peruvian beef empanada
Wine will start at £4.50 for a glass of Argentinean Malbec Rosé running up to £50 for a Bordeaux from Domaine de Galouchey, with all wines available by 125ml, 175ml and by the bottle.
The new wine and tapas menu kicks off next week and will run every week from Thurs-Sats inclusive, from 5-8 pm.
