Dan Doherty's pub The Royal Oak is about to start serving Saturday brunch and Sunday roasts

Back when it opened in June, Dan Doherty's Marylebone pub The Royal Oak kicked off with a tiny menu, while the chef and his team went about putting useful things like a proper kitchen in. Now, almost three months down the line they're about to kick things off.

This week sees them launch a proper a-la-carte menu as well as Saturday brunch and Sunday lunch and, well, we thought you might like to take a look at what's on offer.

But that's not all, the pub is set to close in Spring 2019 for a full refurbishment. And when it does reopen, it will be with a redesigned ground floor with a bar and pub seating, and an upstairs dining room upstairs serving an entirely separate menu.
