Led by Head Chef Jamian Lewis, the menu celebrates the very best of British produce, combining comforting classics with bold, modern flavours. Start with Hereford beef shin spring rolls, Porter’s glazed buffalo chicken wings or whisky-cured salmon pastrami before choosing from hearty favourites including Guinness-braised beef pie to share, fish & chips with IPA-battered market fish, Hampshire pork T-bone, salmon steak, or the signature Porter’s beef burger. Vegetarian dishes such as the salt-baked beetroot and grilled aubergine burger ensure there's something for everyone.
Pints are poured just metres from the brewery tanks, with Guinness served alongside brewery-fresh beers crafted on-site by Master Brewer, Hollie Stephenson. The drinks list also features signature cocktails, alongside a thoughtfully curated wine list designed to pair perfectly with the menu.
