Hot dogs really do seem to be the next big trend in London after burgers (all eyes are on the upcoming Bubbledogs) and now another Hot Dog event has thrown its hat into the ring. Superette are launching a new hot dog pop-up at F. Cooke Pie & Mash on Broadway market for four Saturdays from August 11.
Hot dogs on offer - all priced at £6 - will be:
- Chicago dog (beef sausage, pepperoncini, tomatoes, gherkins, onions, neon relish, mustard, ketchup and a poppy seeded bun)
- Classic New York (beech wood smoked frankfurter, sauerkraut, roast onions, mustard and ketchup on a classic NYC Bun)
- Korean dog (spiced bbq pork belly, kimchee, chilli kewpie mayonnaise and crispy shallots ona demi brioche bun)
- California dog (tofu, almonds, alfalfa sprouts, tahini, yoghurt)
Each night, the launderette opposite the pop-up will be transformed into a bar each night to help you wash down the dogs.
The Superette Hot Dog pop-up will be They're on 9 Broadway Market, London E9 4PH. It'll be open 11th/18th/25th August + 1st Spetember and open from 7.30 to 11.30. For more about the event, visit their website.
