If you already know about Mandira from their yoghurt bar in Covent Garden, you'll be pleased to know they're making the trip to Spitalfields Market - and this time their bagels will be the order of the day with Simit by Mandira.
As you might imagine from the name, this is mainly focused Simit Turkish bread, in bagel form. On the menu will be Halloumi + Tomato Paste, Toasted Turkish Pastrami, Smoked Salmon and Ricotta + Fig. All of these can be served up with Turkish tea. And if you're worried about missing the yoghurt, that'll be here too with yoghurt based "sweet pots" and bio-live smoothies on sale too.
