Proud Camden has just announced it's launching a New York-inspired restaurant in the bar/live music space's South Gallery in Camden Market this November.
Proud Kitchen opens in Camden on 11 November. Billed as a 'chic alternative to market stalls and chains' it'll offer breakfast, lunch and dinner menus - created by chef Finlay Logan. As this is Camden we're talking about, expect smoked tofu wraps alongside a full English for morning offerings. The restaurant will then a switch to small tapas-style dishes during the day and evening.
Logan was last at Proud Caberet, and before that head chef at member's club Molton Lounge.
The restaurant will close at 9.30pm and turn into a live music venue.
