 Pitt Cue unleashes an epic Sunday roast

Get ready to clear your Sundays as we've news that Pitt Cue are getting ready to open for Sunday lunch soon - and that means some awesome meat is on the menu. So we're promised:

  • All things cornish, including rock oysters, bird liver on toast, magalitza country ham & pickles and more for starters.
  • Beef rump cap, Yorkies and bone marrow sauce,
  • Smoked lamb shoulder to share with wild garlic cream gratin
  • Roasted pig cheek with apple ketchup

As well as all that, there are dripping potatoes, mustard greens and chard with bacon cream on the side. And if you're vegetarian, you don't miss out - there's salt baked celeriac with a swede sauce. 

If you still have room, after all that, there will be British cheeses, bourbon sticky toffee and a seasonal fruit tart. And Bloody Marys, of course. Sounds unmissable.
